Our payment processor usually charges your card on the renewal date and sends you a confirmation email. If the payment fails for some reason, it will automatically try again after the first, third, and fifth days after the renewal date. You will also receive an email notification about the payment failure and the retry attempts. However, if the third retry on the fifth day fails, your subscription will be cancelled.
