Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your meta title, focus keyword, and description disappearing after updating them on your site. This issue can be frustrating, but there are a few common reasons why this might happen.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:
-
Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes conflicts with other plugins can cause issues with saving SEO data like meta titles, focus keywords, and descriptions. You can check for plugin conflicts by following the steps outlined in our knowledge base article on plugin conflicts.
-
JavaScript-Related Errors: JavaScript errors can also prevent the saving of SEO data. You can diagnose JavaScript-related errors by following the steps mentioned in our guide on diagnosing JavaScript errors.
If you have already checked for plugin conflicts and JavaScript errors but still face the issue, please provide us with access to your site so we can investigate further. You can assign this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons, and they will guide you through the next steps.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve this issue promptly.
Kind regards.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It looks like the login credentials you’ve shared are not correct.
However, after checking your site it seems like you’re using a redirection or plugin to set all the URLs to lowercase and that is being triggered in the API routes as well.
Please note that the REST API routes are case-sensitive and if you look closely at the route you’ll notice that it’s entirely in lowercase where our REST API route should end like this: updateMeta
Here the “M” should be in capital.
Please try to disable that plugin or redirection rule for the REST API routes in order to resolve this issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
I have changed the plugin to yoast plugin
