Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the social media card not working on Twitter for your posts.
Based on the information you provided, it seems like you have updated the social card images for your posts, but Twitter is not picking up the new image. This could be due to a few reasons:
-
Image Dimensions & Format: Twitter expects an image with an aspect ratio of 2:1 with minimum dimensions of 300 pixels wide by 157 pixels tall and maximum dimensions of 4096 pixels wide and 4096 pixels tall. The image must also be less than 5 MB in size. Please ensure that the image you uploaded meets these requirements.
-
Image Cache: Sometimes, social media platforms cache the images, and it might take some time for the new image to reflect. You can try clearing the cache on Twitter’s end or wait for some time to see if the new image appears.
-
Twitter Card Type: Ensure that you have selected the correct Twitter card type (e.g., Summary Card with Large Image, Summary Card) in Rank Math settings for your posts.
If you have already checked these points and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for reaching out!
