Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with your star ratings not showing in Google search results while your competitors’ ratings are visible. To earn star ratings in SERPs like your competitors, you can follow these steps using Rank Math:
-
Check Schema Markup: Ensure that you have correctly implemented the necessary Schema Markup for your page. Rank Math supports various Schema types like Product, Event, Recipe, etc., that include the rating option. You can refer to this knowledgebase article for detailed instructions on how to use Ratings Schema in Rank Math.
-
Verify Rich Snippets: Rich Snippets play a crucial role in displaying additional information in search results. By adding Schema Markup, you make it easier for search engines to showcase relevant details like star ratings. This can significantly enhance the visibility of your website in search results.
-
Monitor Google Search Console: You can also monitor your performance and check if Google Search Console is reporting any data for the keywords related to your page. This can help you understand if there are any issues with indexing or ranking that might be affecting the display of star ratings.
By following these steps and ensuring that your Schema Markup is correctly implemented, you can improve the chances of having your star ratings displayed in Google search results like your competitors.
If you need further assistance or have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and bringing your inquiry to us.
Google requires the ratings to be shown on the front end to the users. We can see that your competitor collects reviews and shows the same on the page. The schema data should reflect the content of the page. Trying to force Google to pick up information that is not on the page could be considered black hat tactics and lead to a manual penalty on your site.
To comply with Google’s guidelines, any reviews you markup with structured data should be collected and hosted directly on your site.
Following all Google guidelines mentioned here is good – https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/structured-data/review-snippet#technical-guidelines
We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Hello,
Review snippets schema is already added to your page as you can see from the screenshots below:
So there shouldn’t be any issue for Google to add the stars on the SERP but it is up to Google to deem your website worthy of those snippets.
Also, at the moment, the page in question is currently not indexed so we can’t determine if the star ratings are available on the SERP or not.
Looking forward to helping yo u.
