Redirections are not updating upon import

    I exported my redirections to a csv, then updated destination URLs and changed each type to 302 but nothing changed when I reimported the updated csv.

    2. When reimporting the edited CSV file, make sure to upload it under the Import tab in Rank Math SEO → Redirections → Import & Export.

    3. Click on the Import CSV button and confirm by clicking OK in the prompt to initiate the import process.

    4. After the import process is completed, check the redirections in your Redirections Manager to see if the changes have been applied successfully.

    I did those things and it doesn’t work

    The Import and Export option using CSV file for redirects is only available using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Meanwhile, the CSV you shared has redirect IDs that seem not aligned with your existing redirect.

    Please note that you may need to match the IDs in the CSV to your actual redirects in Rank Math > Redirections.
