    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. Upon review and consideration, I have decided to request the cancellation of my Rank Math subscription. Previously, I explored the possibility of using the plugin on other sites that I manage, but all these sites use the Swell theme which makes the integration of another SEO plugin challenging.

    Here are the details of my payment:

    Payment Date: Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 5:14:04 PM JST
    Given this situation, it has become clear that I am unable to effectively utilize Rank Math on any of my current websites. Therefore, I would like to proceed with the cancellation of my subscription. Could you please guide me through the necessary steps for this process? Additionally, I would appreciate any information regarding the possibility of a refund, as the plugin has not been utilized.

    We have replied to your previous ticket to let you know that you could use your Rank Math plan with your other sites. We can also help troubleshoot why Rank Math is not working properly with your theme if you share access to your website with us.

    Regarding your subscription; we have not been able to find the account with your premium plan so please review your other ticket as we have requested more information to help us find the account with your premium plan.
