    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

If not, do let us know and we will check.

Also, it seems that your website is also using the PRO plugin but this account is only a Free account, so unless we can verify the purchase we will only be able to assist with Free-related features.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I have already done the above steps 3 days before. But still its not working

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We performed the actions mentioned previously and we can see the data imported successfully from Google Search Console:
    Data

The data should get updated every week, instead of every 3 days, since you don’t have an active PRO subscription.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hi,

Oh, thank you! My issue has been rectified. Could you please let me know what the issue was and how you fixed it?

    Hello,

We didn’t find a particular issue with the actions running on your website but the update of the Analytics data was running late because there were other actions running on the website.

We triggered the action to run manually by going to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions and the import of data started happening.

There is currently a pending action called rank_math/data_fetch that will run every week to update the data on the Analytics module.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
