Hi, I’m using your plugin but I’m still seeing some anomalies. Before using your plugin, my indexing was perfect and the number of visits was very interesting. However, since I have been using your plugin my data has collapsed and indexing is practically absent. I would have liked to purchase your plugin, but with these data it is practically impossible. Could we check together if there are any problems with the settings? Thank you very much

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for the trouble this issue must have caused you.
To solve this issue, you need to fetch fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following the steps below:
Make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index
button. This is the first process before you will update the data manually unlike what was suggested by the bot.2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the
Delete Data
button and then click theUpdate Data Manually
3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.
Following the above steps should fix the issue.
You can refer to this guide for reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/
However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Then Run the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetch
scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete. This is how it should look like:
Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.
You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Ok thanks, I did everything you told me to do, now do I have to wait the necessary time?
Hello,
Yes, you may need to wait a few minutes or hours as the time depends on the volume of data being fetched.
However, if the issue persists and you do not see data being fetched, we might need to take a closer look at the website and its settings. Please follow these steps below:
- Edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins for the two websites in the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access.
- Make sure you take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
- If you prefer, you can use this plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
- You can also use this plugin to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any): https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
Good morning, thank you very much. I’ll leave your username and password here:

My site has a daily and weekly backup, so I have yesterday’s backup, but I hope you don’t need it. Since you are logging in, could you also check the robots file? I have a doubt about that, in which case I’ll change it if you think it’s wrong. Thanks, I’m waiting for yours.Hello,
The settings of your site seem fine. Please share some screenshots of the indexing issue so we can check and assist you further. You can use a tool like https://imgur.com/ to share the screenshots.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, now I see that everything works, I couldn’t see the analytical data at all
https://imgur.com/tCwCHFoalso could you please take a look at my robots file? do you think this is correct?
https://imgur.com/A8vWBDGThank you very much, I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
The Analytics section is already showing the data on your site. Could you please share an image of the organic traffic data from Google Search Console for the last 30 or 15 days so we can compare it with the data coming through in the Analytics module?
Regarding your robots.txt, please note that the robots.txt should not exist in your website files as they are generated dynamically/virtually:
https://rankmath.com/kb/cant-edit-robots-txt/#num-1-presence-of-a-physical-fileIn this case, you may need to check your website root directory for any static robots.txt file and remove/delete it. Once done, Rank Math should generate the default and recommended robots.txt rules on your site.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
If you see some slight difference between Rank Math’s stats and Google’s, there’s an explanation for that. Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-data-differs-from-ga-gsc/
As for your inquiry about the keywords, remember to focus on relevancy, user intent, and natural integration within your content. Additionally, prioritize long-tail keywords for targeted traffic.
You may refer to these guides to get an idea about it:

Hello, I’ve made all the changes and now everything is working correctly. I’m currently analyzing the traffic and verifying that everything is correct; I hope I haven’t missed anything! I’m trying to index my website; previously, it was much more indexed than it is now, and this is causing me some problems. Additionally, I’ve noticed that in the text of my articles, there is a magnifying glass appearing on some terms. Is this generated by your plugin? Because I wouldn’t want this to appear. Thank you very much.
Hello,
We checked your website on Google using the
site:
operator and can see that quite a number of your pages has been indexed and showing up on Google Search results as shown in the images below:For issues with the indexing of your site, please check your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your site: https://support.artlogic.net/hc/en-gb/articles/360016851260-Google-Search-Console-errors-and-coverage-issues and share the screenshot here using this tool.
You can also request the indexing of your pages by passing it through the URL Inspection Tool and request it there: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/ask-google-to-recrawl. The tool will also let you know if there are any issues on the URL that prevent them from getting indexed.
You can read more about that here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en
Meanwhile, we have provided some guides you can follow to ensure your website keeps showing up on Google search results: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YYecHEIwMsMeanwhile, the magnifying glass you see on your posts is not generated by our plugin. Please follow this troubleshooting guide to check for the plugin or theme responsible for this on your site:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Hope this helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Good afternoon, thank you very much for your message. For indexing could you check my robots file, if it is compiled correctly?
Hello,
The robots.txt file is fine
However, below is a copy of our default rule, which you can use to replace the current rule set in the robots.txt file:
User-agent: * Disallow: /wp-admin/ Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Sitemap: https://www.invogamagazine.it//sitemap_index.xml
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
