    Hello,

    I am contacting you for our client Mr. Günther Röhrner-Hertel, who bought the PRO version via FastSpring (order RANKMATH230721-8413-27408B, i***@n********).

    “We ordered the PRO subscription x 1 on Friday July 21st, 2023 at 10:28 a.m. and have had a huge problem ever since! We have been using Rankmath “free version” for quite some time. If we install the Pro version plugin, the result is that we can no longer access our site in the backend (unfortunately, a working installation is not possible)! Are you aware of the problem, do you have an update or another solution?”

    FYI: For now and testing we installed a different version.
