  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the indexing issue you are facing with your new website. It’s common for new websites to take some time to get fully indexed by search engines like Google. Since you have submitted the sitemap and only a few pages have been indexed, there could be a few reasons why the news articles are not getting indexed yet.

Here are some steps you can take to address the indexing issue for your news articles:

    1. Check for Content Duplication: Ensure that there is no duplicate content on your website as Google penalizes websites with duplicate content. You can add canonical URLs to point to the original content you want to index.

    2. Be Patient: If your website is new, like yours, it may take some time for Google to find and index all the pages. Being patient is key in this situation.

    3. Use Instant Indexing: If you are a Rank Math PRO user, you can utilize the Instant Indexing feature to submit your URLs directly for indexing. This can help speed up the indexing process for your news articles.

    4. Check for Penalties: Make sure your website has not been penalized by Google. You can search for your website on Google to see if it appears in the search results. If it doesn’t, there might be a penalty that needs to be addressed.

If after taking these steps you still face issues with indexing your news articles, feel free to reach out to our support team directly here. We are here to assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

    Warm regards.

Biwah Bryan, I think following Google Spam Core Update, Google has stopped indexing new websites. Only those whose have been in the blogging business for years can stay blogging now. New bloggers are not allowed.
