    Hello,

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins or your active theme.

    Many thanks for your reply. Today the problem seems solved. No idea what happened.

    I will keep the information you provided. And the troubleshooting plugin looks very useful, I will try it if the problem appears again in the future (I hope not).
