Module Activation: Ensure that the Sitemap module is enabled before trying to access the Link Per Sitemap option. You can activate the Sitemap module by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Sitemap and enabling it.

Cache Issue: If you are trying to cache the sitemap due to Google not being able to fetch it, you can try flushing the sitemap cache by increasing the value of Links Per Sitemap by one in Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and then saving the changes. After that, navigate to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to ensure the current settings are applied.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math.
If the link per sitemap options is not available in your dashboard, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard. In the top-right corner, click on Advanced Mode as shown below:

Once you’ve enabled Advanced Mode, you can access all the available options in Rank Math. You can also notice that more modules will now be available for you to access in the Rank Math dashboard.
