Unable to submit sitemap to GSC - Support

Hi guys,

I am a long time user of Rankmath, and usually I dont have any problems, but recently I am unable to submit the sitemap created with Rankmath to google search console.

this is the sitemap: https://betterworks.asia/sitemap_index.xml

and I get this error in GSC:

1. Status: Coudn’t Fetch
2. When i click into it, i get this error: “Sitemap could not be read”

It started 3 weeks ago, and hoped it would eventually just get read, but now we are 3 weeks on and its still not working. please help

We checked your sitemap and we can see it is working properly without any issues. In this case, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemap, and resubmit only the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.
