you will see that Rank Math is not visible in the backoffice when editing a product
in case you activate the new product editor (see WooCommerce > Settings > Features)

That new editor is still in Beta and we don’t include support in our plugin for Beta features of other plugins.
If that gets released in the current iteration we’ll also update our plugin to make sure it’s compatible with the editor.
