No credits showing up for Content AI

    I just purchased 12000 credits but tyhey are not showing up in my account. I disconnected then reconnected the account but it did not work.

    To ensure that your purchased credits are correctly reflected in your account, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the account you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Visit the Rank Math > Account > Website section or use this URL: Rank Math Account
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits as shown in the screenshot below:

    If the credit count is accurate on your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, please proceed with the following steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect your Rank Math account and then reconnect it by following these steps:
      • Disconnect: disconnect
      • Reconnect: reconnect
    3. After reconnecting your account, navigate to Content AI and refresh the credits count to synchronize the data with our server:
      refresh credits

    By following these steps, your Content AI credits should be updated correctly. If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    I need help getting the Content AI credits I purchased activated

    It looks like you shared the login email/username and the password of your WordPress dashboard.
