Strip Tag Base - Support

I’m having a problem stripping the /tag/ base from permalinks. RankMath seems to create conflicts with the base wordpress permalink settings, other plugins, and any custom code I’ve tried to add. It handles category bases so well (better than anything else I’ve used), but I’m not able to do tags.

Is this functionality that could be added or do you know of any solutions that are compatible with having RankMath active?

Hello,

You may need to use a permalink manager plugin to modify your tag’s permalinks that can specifically address it as Rank Math does not support removing the /tag/ on your URLs.

Here’s a plugin you can try and see if you can achieve that:
