Can you please be more elaborate on this issue so we can understand what is wrong? Please share your sitemap URL so we can check this for you.

Hello,
You have submitted your main and other sitemap to your Google Search Console account.
Please note that you only need to submit your main sitemap index and Google will use it to crawl the other sitemaps.

Also, you should check your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your URLs that may have prevented your site from being indexed:

Why the sitemap is not updating automatically after i post something, and the inside the main sitemap there is not the other post, category and page sitemap.

For brand new domains/websites it will take time before Google is able to parse all the data and correctly see the website as it should be seen.
Your domain was registered in mid-March so it has about 2 weeks, which is very little time for all the things to be correctly seen by search engines.
Having said that, there are already pages being indexed from your website:

This is a matter of being patient and waiting because the crawl budget for new websites is very small so it can take weeks before you start seeing the sitemaps fully processed and the number of indexed pages increase significantly.

My Issue is about sitemap not updating in search console automatically and the main sitemap_xml is not having the other sitemap (i.e post, page,category sitemap) inside the sitemap.

The image has been deleted and placed in the sensitive data section.
We checked your sitemap and it includes all the sub-sitemaps, the sitemaps are updated with current posts (including the post you shared today) and all the sitemaps validate correctly as well as shown in the image shared in the sensitive data section.
In this case, nothing is stopping Google from crawling the sitemaps as there are no errors reported in the search console as well.
As earlier suggested, you need to wait to allow Google to crawl your sitemap and sub-sitemaps and they will be updated in the search console
