Unable to update Rank Math Pro - Support

Hi. We’re trying to update the Rank Math plugin on our WordPress sites. We managed to update the basic Rank Math SEO plugin, but we’re getting errors when we update Rank Math SEO Pro. Please see: https://snipboard.io/JlNtaF.jpg

We’re on a business plan.
Could you help us please?

Is there a way to download the updated Rank Math Pro package somewhere else so we could manually install it? We’re currently on a Business Plan.

2. Download the latest version of Rank Math PRO from your account.

3. After downloading the file, go to your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New.
4. Upload the downloaded file and click on the “Install Now” button.
5. When prompted, click on “Replace current with uploaded” to successfully update to the latest version.

For some reason, Rank Math Pro or Business doesn’t show up on the downloads section for the account.

But under the “Websites” section, it shows that our two websites are connected with the “Business” account: https://snipboard.io/miITn2.jpg

Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

The issue here is that you don’t have an active subscription which is why the update fails.

Your previous Business subscription has already been canceled and ended.
