To use the Content AI feature you need to have a subscription which can be bought from here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai
This account you used to open the ticket doesn’t have any active subscription so you cannot use that feature.
Regarding the eye icon in the paragraph, that is only visible on the WordPress editor (Classic and Gutenberg) so if you are using other page builders this won’t work.

But I understand that there are 750 credits free for every month.
There is one button, Click to refresh the available credits, but it is not working correctly, because it said that the 750 credits expire on 13th of March, and to try again later.
Well, I tried, but it is already April.

There is an eye icon, which is active, but no paragraph is highlighted, so I can check which paragraph is long.
So I tried to use directly the AI, but it is not working.

We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.
Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.
Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
