Since lat update (1.0.215), redirections don’t work anymore.
    It’s on a multisite install with sub-directories configuration ( not sub-domain)
in the changelog, : “Fixed: Redirection issue on sub-directory installations when the source URL contains a substring of the sub-directory”

    Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with redirections on your multisite installation after the latest update (1.0.215). It seems like the redirections are not working as expected.

The specific issue you mentioned from the changelog about fixing the redirection problem on sub-directory installations when the source URL contains a substring of the sub-directory should have resolved this problem. However, it appears that the fix might not have worked correctly in your case.

To address this matter effectively, I recommend checking if the Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version. If it is already up to date and the issue persists, it would be best to escalate this concern to our support team for further assistance.

You can assign this ticket to a human agent by clicking on the available buttons. Our support team will investigate the issue and provide you with a solution promptly.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter for you.

After multiple research, i found out that is the ‘exact’ method in redirection settings, get the trouble when it compare the source url to replace.
If i put the ‘finishing by’ method it works.
Did you change the way it works.

    exemple:
    source url:

    https://domainurl/folderslug/categorie/postslug

in the form it troncate the source url to :

    categorie/postslug

if i use the ‘exact’ method for comparison it doesn’t work.

if i use the ‘finishing by’ method it works.

We’ve been using the plugin for years and we were use to use the ‘exact’ method. I think that is the best way to be sure it redirects the good url.

The redirection were working fine before the 1.0.215 version of the plugin

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

In the Rank Math version 1.0.215, we had some issues with redirection in the multisite setup. However, we already released a beta update where the issue has been fixed. If you want, you can enable the Beta update by following this guideline:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rank-math-transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
