    Hello, I’m having issues purchasing the pro plan. I’ve tried using both my cards. If you could help me complete the purchase I’d greatly appreciate it.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.

    Country

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

    I’m not using a VPN, I never have issues making payments with either of my cards and there is not any failed transaction history showing on my end for either card. The flag is set to US, I’m not using a prepaid card.
    It’s strange cause when payments fail due to some other reason it always shows on my end and absolutely nothing is showing at all. No failed transactions

    It’s ok, don’t worry about it. I had a friend install RankMath business version on my site so I’m taken care of now. Thank you anyways for trying to help.
