I see that the installed version is (Rank Math SEO BUSINESS) how can we fix and maintain this version? Downloading and uploading a smaller version doesn’t make sense.
If necessary, we buy AI credits to work with our pro version, my senior team didn’t like me trying to remove the business version

Your account seems to be using a free version only.
If you intend to use the free 750 credits from your free account, it may not work with the current PRO plugin that is installed on your website since you can only connect one Rank Math at a time.
You will either have to uninstall the Rank Math PRO plugin from your website or buy a Content AI subscription using the same account that has the Business plan.

You can use Content AI on both the free and PRO versions of Rank Math. But if you want to use Content AI from your PRO account, please make sure that you are logged in using your account with the PRO subscription.

We are so sorry to hear that. We cannot transfer your PRO account to this account unless you provide the copy of the invoice, or you can contact the developer, and he will ask us to transfer the subscription to you.
Please note that you can still buy and use Content AI without the PRO subscription.
Don’t worry; none of your settings made using the PRO plan will be lost during the transition. Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database, and the PRO will remain intact and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.
