    Hey there,

First of all, thanks for creating the best SEO tool I have ever used. I love it!!!

As my title already explains,I have a problem with my Woo products being indexed properly. As I set up my store, I had my products on no-index. I changed the settings, but RM somehow didn’t recognize them and gave me this error I mentioned in my ticket title. Even though the products do not show the no index tag in the source code at all.

    Thanks for taking your time,
    Ferenc

  • Hello, I apologize for the issue you are facing with your WooCommerce products being excluded by the ‘noindex’ tag. If you have already changed the settings and confirmed that the tag is not present in the source code, there are a few more steps you can take to resolve this.

    1. Identify Excluded Pages: Navigate to the Pages section of Google Search Console and click on Not indexed to see the pages affected by this issue.

Excluded by NoIndex tag - Google Search Console status

    2. Remove NoIndex Tag: Once you have identified the affected pages, you need to remove the NoIndex tag from those pages. You can do this through Rank Math SEO by checking the Index Status under Rank Math SEO → Analytics → Index Status tab.

      Index status tab

    3. Filter Posts: You can filter posts by status reasons using the drop-down menu. Select Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag to see all posts with the same index status.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern.

In case you’re facing the issue on Google Search Console, please try to clear your website cache including any server-level cache, and revalidate the issue. Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

We checked your products and we can see they are properly set to index. In this case, please test some affected URLs with the URL Inspection Tool in your GSC: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

If you see a different result that means the data on Index Status is not up to date.

In such a case, you can follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import:

    1. At first please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button, and then click the Update Data Manually

It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

Once the process is complete. Please check the Analytics page again.

However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
