my users dashbord rank math pop up keep showing.I don’t want to pop up on my users page . how can i disable pop up?

If you’re not using the Content AI, you can disable this module from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules.

You can disable Content AI for other users in Rank Math > Role Manager.
If you’re not seeing the Role Manager option, then you can enable the ROle Manager module from Rank Math > Dashbaord > Modules.
