    Hello. I have a license for business on my website. I got the license from the SEO “expert”, but when we discovered that the relationship was not one of mutual benefit, we cancelled his services.

    I see that the business license is still working on our website though. When the license needs to be renewed then we might lose all our information.

    May I ask if I should just buy another license and associate our license with the website, or if we should wait until this license expires and buy another one?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    You should purchase a new license and activate it on your site. You won’t lose any data or settings due to this as all the settings are saved in your site’s database.

    Once you purchase a new license with this account, navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboarad > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account to activate it.
