Social profile links don’t appear in Author Profile sameAs Schema

    To ensure that the social profile links are included in the sameAs Schema, please follow these steps:

    1. Update the user profile by adding the social media links or website link in the “Additional profile URLs” section. You can refer to the screenshot you provided for guidance.

    2. Make sure to set the meta description for the author using the Rank Math Snippet Editor on the author page. You can edit the snippet by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Users and opening the author profile you want to edit. Scroll down to find the Rank Math SEO box and choose Edit Snippet as shown in the screenshot below:

    1. Add the description for your author in the Description field within the Rank Math SEO box on the author page, as depicted in this screenshot:

    1. Click the Update User button at the end of the page to save the changes.

    We checked your page with Schema Validator and we can see the sameAs properties are showing properly without any issues:

    Could you please confirm if you’ve set any custom profile page schema for this author page? If so, seems like it is not properly added and that’s why the Rich Results Test tool is not able to detect that.

    However, please note that the URLs you’ve added in the Additional profile URLs field, will be directly added to the Article Schema of the posts that are published by this author:

    Also, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
