Sitemap is not showing - Support

I have installed rank math plugin and followed all details and settings but when I go to my sitemap (https://ballmuse.com/sitemap_index.xml) it does not show the sitemap. But when I go to this sitemap (https://ballmuse.com/post-sitemap.xml) it shows me. Even “https://ballmuse.com/post-sitemap.xml” this sitemap is successfully fetching in google webmaster but sitemap_index did not. Solve my issue please

  - Make sure your sitemap is located in the root folder of your WordPress installation. It should be accessible at `https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Save-Changes.jpg
2. Ensure Posts Are Set to Index:
  - Verify that your posts are set to index. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and enabling the Index checkbox in the Robots Meta settings.
If after following these steps the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

If you’re still not able to see your sitemap at /sitemap_index.xml, please try to clear your browser cache and check again.

In case, you’re facing an issue on Google Search Console, please clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemap, and resubmit only the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

Yes it is showing now because i reset my site totally. This cost me alot.
