Regarding your first question, if posts that are marked as no-index and/or draft are appearing in the 404 Monitor, it might be due to how Rank Math handles these types of posts. No-indexed or draft posts should ideally not show up in the 404 Monitor since they are intentionally not indexed or published. However, there could be specific scenarios where they might still appear. If you believe this behavior is incorrect, I recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
As for your second question, when you hit “Delete” in the 404 Monitor, it allows you to delete individual logs of 404 errors. You can delete specific logs by hovering over the URI and clicking “Delete.” This action removes the selected log from the monitor. If you want to delete multiple logs, you can select the checkboxes of the individual URIs, then scroll to the top of the page, select “Delete” in the dropdown menu, and click “Apply.” This will delete multiple selected logs at once.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
Please confirm if those posts were previously published. If they were, then the URLs would return a 404 error once you move them to draft, and if a bot or person tries to visit them, our 404 Monitor would report that.
If you hit the delete button in the 404 Monitor, the log will be deleted. But if someone tries to visit that URL again, it will be logged again as a 404 error.
