This error is usually caused by a corrupted or incomplete ZIP file that is downloaded from our server or by trying to update the Pro plugin while connected to a free account.
Please follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Visit the Rank Math account page that has the Pro plan and double-check that it is the same account that is connected to your website. If it is not, you will need to disconnect and connect to the right account. We can also attempt to merge the two accounts if that’s okay – let us know.
