Still no Credit For AI after Update

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with your Content AI credits not updating after the update. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
2. Head over to your Rank Math account by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits there.
   
3. If the credit count is correct on your Rank Math account but not on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
   
   
4. After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again by following these steps:
   • Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.
     

By following these steps, your plugin should request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
