Yoast migration

Thank you for reaching out to us about migrating from Yoast to Rank Math. To migrate your work done with Yoast before installing Rank Math, you can follow these steps:

1. Deactivate Yoast SEO Plugin:

   • In the Rank Math Setup Wizard, you will find an option to deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin. This step ensures a smooth transition without any conflicts between the plugins.
     

2. Import Data from Yoast SEO:

   • After deactivating Yoast, you can import data from Yoast SEO to Rank Math using the Import Data feature in Rank Math.
     
   • Click the Start Import button and wait for the process to complete. This will import metadata like SEO titles, descriptions, and key phrases from Yoast to Rank Math.
     

3. Configure Rank Math Settings:

   • Once the import is complete, you can configure all SEO settings available in the Rank Math Setup Wizard to tailor it to your needs.
