No website connect on Rank math dashboard

We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with your Rank Math dashboard not showing the added site after purchasing the Content AI starter pack subscription.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you have connected your website using the correct account. If your website is not showing in the connected websites section, you may need to disconnect your account and then reconnect it with the correct one.

You can follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account:

1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
2. Click on Disconnect Account as shown in the screenshot below:

After disconnecting, you can click on Connect Now to reconnect your website with the correct Rank Math account. Make sure to choose the correct Rank Math PRO subscription associated with your account.

If you are still unable to access the Content AI feature on the WordPress dashboard after reconnecting, please refresh the credits count in your Content AI settings. This will ensure that the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count.
