Unfortunately, credits are tied to the account that purchases them and cannot be directly transferred between different accounts.
A practical approach would be for your developer, who manages the Content AI credits for you, to purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher plan that accommodates your needs for more credits.
Once the credits are available in his account, he can then allocate them to your website, effectively increasing the credits available for your use.
