To determine the root cause of the issue, please activate Rank Math (if not yet) and install the plugin Query Monitor to the affected website and look for slow queries related to Rank Math.
Once done, take a screenshot of the query and share it with us so we can identify the cause of the issue. You can use this tool to upload the image and add the generated link here.
Meanwhile, please set/ensure the following recommended PHP values on your site for troubleshooting (if not yet):
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
