Can not connect to Rank Math account

1. Disconnect Your Website:

   • Head over to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help inside your WordPress admin area.
   • Choose Disconnect Account as shown in the screenshot below:

   

2. Reconnect Your Rank Math Account:

   • After disconnecting, click Connect Now.
   • You will be redirected to the plugin activation page where you can select the applicable license and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.

This usually happens when your site is under a multisite environment. Could you please confirm?

If that is so, then you may need to follow our guide here to properly activate the Rank Math plugin:

If you’re not using it on a multisite, then try skipping the connection and continue the process in the Setup Wizard.

In this case, please uninstall the Rank Math plugin on your site by following these steps:
