    I hope this message finds you well. I have noticed that the Rank Math Pro plugin (Version 3.0.29) on my website is outdated. Unfortunately, I cannot update it since it was installed by my previous SEO agency.

    You’ll not lose any of your existing settings and optimizations after updating the plugin as they all are saved on your database.

    If you’re not able to see the update for the Rank Math PRO plugin, please follow this guideline to manually update the plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    However, it seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
