Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
When you enable the Remove Base and Remove Category Base options, our plugin redirects the old URL structures of your products and categories to the new ones. This is done automatically, and you will not find these redirects in the Redirections module.
This is done so Google can find the new URLs and index them. This isn’t an issue. If your old URLs were already indexed, then it is expected to see a Page with Redirect status in your GSC account for those URLs. It confirms that Google is able to detect the redirect and will crawl and index the new URLs.
