Yes, I have completed all the items listed above. It is still not working. The debugger tool is enabled and it is still not popping up.

However, if these pages are attachment pages then please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links, and from there disable the Redirect Attachments option and see if that works for you.
