No redirections saving

Hello, we have used all the troubleshooting steps from your redirections documentation page, database rebuild, admin debug etc. I moved about 50 pages and each time it said “rank math made a redirect” which was awesome… Then I realised no redirections were saved at all after going into manually add one I missed before I turned on redirection.

We are using WP Rocket, and I have done full cache flushes and some other bits. But I have to go deal the fact I pushed an ecommerce site live with what I thought was 50 redirects I have to go hand craft now unless you have idea why redirection is broken and can sort it out for me.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

Since the Recreate Tables tool is not working, you will have to create the tables manually using the following SQL queries:
    Redirections: https://pastebin.com/syCMVwvv
    Redirections Cache: https://pastebin.com/aKNh8rku

Please note that your website’s encoding, engine, and table prefix might differ. Also, make sure to take a backup of the database before running the queries.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Hello, You appear in the first paste bin to have a create table for cache, and then a paste bin that crates a table for cache that has the same name. These are fully different SQL runs?

We are erroring out on the first table. I ran it through a syntax checker for MySQL Version 8.0+ And it said the syntax was not supported.

So not sure what to do. We are confused having two different Redirections cache table runs.

    Hello,

Sorry for the confusion. The first paste has the SQL queries for both Redirections and Redirections Cache tables. Please run them separately to create the tables. If it still doesn’t work, please share the cPanel or phpMyAdmin logins so we can create the tables for you. Please make sure to take a backup of your database before sharing the access.

    Looking forward to helping you.
