In the Ticket Title section, provide a one-line summary of the issue, mentioning that you want to merge your user accounts. Then, in the Ticket Question section, provide more details about the two accounts you wish to combine.
In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses associated with both accounts (aaroncaister and rossharris) and specify which one you prefer as the primary email address for your PRO plan.
If you have any invoices from FastSpring.com related to your PRO purchase, please include a screenshot of them as well. Once you have provided all the necessary details, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
Our support team will then locate your PRO account and proceed to merge the accounts as requested.
