Content AI doesn’t work anymore

    Hi Team

    I purchased a Content AI Starter Plan in September (order reference RANKMATH230911-9188-44137).
    Since a few weeks it doesn’t work anymore. I realized when for my SEO research I continuously got the output “Not Found”.

    I dis- and reconnected my RankMath account which worked out. However, my Content AI credits are gone (also after refreshing in the general settings –> Content AI).

    Can you help me to get Content AI up and running again?

    3. Click on “Disconnect” and then “Reconnect” your Rank Math account.
