I can’t get Content AI working

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you are facing with Content AI.

To resolve this problem, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase Content AI credits.
2. Visit your Rank Math account page by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or use this URL: Rank Math Account
3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits as per the screenshot provided below:
   

If the credit count is correct on your account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
2. Click on the “Disconnect” button and then the “Reconnect” button as shown in the screenshots below:
   
   

After reconnecting your account, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count again by following these steps:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI.
2. Click on the “Refresh Credits” button as shown in the screenshot below:
   

By doing this, the plugin will request the updated credits from our server, and you should be able to use Content AI without any payment issues.
