Hi Team,
Can I use the same JSON file for all my different websites with respect to the Google Indexing API?
https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Such as in your indexing plugin and Google search console, add a user section. Thanks.

Hello,
I apologize for any confusion, but it seems like you might be referring to the Google Search Console API rather than the Google Indexing API. The Google Search Console API allows you to access your site’s search data directly from Google.
Regarding your question about using the same JSON file for different websites with respect to the Google Search Console API, each website needs to have its own unique JSON file for verification purposes. This JSON file is specific to each website and is used to verify ownership of the site in Google Search Console.
If you need further assistance or clarification on this matter, please feel free to reply, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you promptly.
Thank you for reaching out with your query.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.
The JSON key is associated with your service account so if you want you can use the same JSON key on multiple websites as long as the service account is added as the owner in your Search Console properties.
However, please note that all the websites will share the same quota available on the service account so it is possible you’ll face a quota limit issue.
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.How much is the quota limit?
Hello,
The default Publish request quota limit per day is 200. This also includes both URL_UPDATED and URL_DELETED request types.
However, if you want you can request to increase the quota limit on Google.
For more details, you can check this guideline: https://developers.google.com/search/apis/indexing-api/v3/quota-pricing
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.Thanks. By the way, with this process, I don’t have to manually index the links in the Google Search Console dashboard, right?
Hello,
Yes, you don’t need to manually request indexing but you shouldn’t rely on that in the first place.
We would recommend the following article to learn how to best approach the crawling and indexing of the website: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Okay. Thanks.
Well, I have a few questions related to the schema:
1/ Can using the same focus keyword in 2-3 posts have any SEO impact?
2/ When I am saving any post, irrespective of the number of videos, a video schema is generated, which is fine, but even after deleting the extras, it doesn’t go away.
3/ If I am adding any FAQs written with your app inside any accordion, then why is Google Search Console unable to read the FAQ schema explicitly? Can you please help?
Hello,
1. It is not recommended to use the same focus keyword in more than one post. If you use the same focus keyword on more than one post, that means you’re trying to rank more than one post for the same keywords. The SERPs are rarely easy enough to break into with 2 posts, and it is unlikely that both your posts will reach the top 10 spots.
Another problem with optimizing 2 posts for the same keywords is content uniqueness. If you’re writing about the same topic, making the content pieces unique would be tough. Even if you can achieve that, wouldn’t it be better just to have all the content in a single post?
By creating 2 posts about the same topic, you’re also opening up the possibility of creating duplicate content. Although search engines won’t penalize you for duplicate content, duplicate content can end up confusing them as to which of the posts they should rank.
Let us take an example. Suppose you created a post on your website sometime back targeting a specific keyword. Over time, the topic evolved, and you needed to cover the same content in more detail, so you wrote a new post on the same topic. Now think from a search engine’s perspective. According to them, an older piece of content that has (hopefully) some good links is a good resource compared to a brand-new one. Because of this, search engines will end up ranking your old content, and your new content will be cannibalized. For these reasons, we recommend creating only a single post for a focus keyword.
2. It happens when you enable the Autodetect Video option for your post types. Please try to deactivate this option from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post types and then try to delete the video schema again and see if that works for you.
However, this feature is only available in the PRO version of the plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
3. Please share the affected URL with us so that we can check the issue further for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested for number 3, including the dashboard login URL. Can you please check further?
Also, I need the below help:
1) Why are bold, italic, or underlines not working inside your FAQ Q&A section? I need this badly. If you have any solutions with CSS or any code, please provide them to me.
2) Like for e-commerce products, we have a ‘product’ schema. But what about blog posts? I have seen the ‘article’ schema, but that is not sufficient. I mean, how can I put ratings over there, or do I need to customize it? Can you help with the proper customization of the general blog post schema? I just need the skeleton; the rest I’ll fill accordingly.
3) Should we put review & aggregate review both in the product schema, or will only one be enough? as I need star ratings with number of votes.
4) One feedback or suggestion: for the time being, can you share one code snippet where it will add the automatic redirection to our redirection section? Let’s say I changed the URL for an old published page. So instead of manually creating a redirection for that post, can this be automatic?
Thank you.
Hello,
1. Those text styling features you have mentioned should work on Rank Math’s FAQ block. See the screenshot below for an example. We can also see it working on your website.
If that wasn’t it, can you please share a screenshot or a video screencast from your end showing the issue? You may use the tool https://imgur.com/ or https://loom.com/ to share your screenshots or video screencast.
2. & 3. The article schema is the best schema you can use to describe content and Google acknowledges that schema as well. To add ratings, you need a supporting schema type for that. here’s a guide you can follow: https://rankmath.com/kb/earning-star-ratings-in-serps/
4. We already have a setting you can enable for this very feature in our plugin. Please refer to this KB guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-posts-after-changing-urls/#auto-post-redirect
As for the issue with your FAQ block schema, it appears that you actually inserted our FAQ block inside an accordion block which will do work on the frontend but the schema will not be generated.
You will have to ensure that the FAQ block from Rank Math is not inserted inside of a parent block.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks for the reply. For the point, I missed mentioning bullet points apart from bold, italic, and underline, which are missing. I am unable to do so. Bullet points are not working.
And regarding the FAQ schema inside the accordion, yes, I had to put it inside an accordion because it’s become too long. It has 15 FAQs, so I wanted it to load only when the user clicks the plus sign. Due to its readability, I put it inside an accordion. Do you have any other such solution for such a long number of FAQs so that they will be acknowledged by Google SERPs as well? Already different custom CSS is applied for RM’s faq; not for this. You will get that in the customize->additional CSS section. Maybe if you can alter here and make such a long faq squeezed or small like an accordion.
For the article schema, can I include reviews and ratings as well? I mean, if I make a customized article schema.
Hello,
1. Currently, there is no option to insert a list using the bullet point inside the answers of the Rank Math FAQ block. You may need to do the formatting manually like this one:
You can follow this guideline on how you can add the bullet point by using your keyboard: https://www.lifewire.com/make-bullet-point-on-keyboard-6743625
However, our developers are working on it and if we decide to include support for this in the near future we’ll advertise it in our changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog
2. You can manually add the FAQ schema in the schema tab but this will require you to enter the Q&A details again.
One alternative way is to still take the FAQ block outside the accordion and make use of this method: https://rankmath.com/kb/turn-faq-block-into-accordion/
3. As for the review snippet, no, you can’t make ratings out of the article schema, the review or ratings schema must be associated with the following schemas:
-Book
-Course
-Event
-Movie
-Product
-Recipe
-Software ApplicationLooking forward to helping you.
You can manually add the FAQ schema in the schema tab but this will require you to enter the Q&A details again.
– I didn’t get this point. Can you please elaborate or any KB. Will this be visible to end user after doing this? Any example or KB would be helpful.
Hello,
You can use the Schema Generator to apply the FAQ Schema to the posts. Here is a guide that can help: https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-block/#schema-generator
However, that option is only available in the PRO version. In the Free version, you will have to use the FAQ Block to add the FAQ Schema to the posts.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
