Hi, when my website is loading it is showing Rank Math front end before the page loads?

Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with Rank Math showing on the frontend of your website before the page loads.

To hide the Rank Math Analytics Stats bar from the frontend, you can simply click the upward arrow button at the bottom-right of the Analytics stats bar. This will minimize the Stats bar to a Rank Math floating icon over the top-right corner of your website.

Here is an image showing how to hide the Analytics Stats bar:

Please note that this action is temporary, and you can click the Rank Math icon to display the Analytics Stats bar again if needed.

Hello,

The frontend Analytics stats bar is only shown for the users with administrative level access to the site. Other users shouldn’t be able to see it.

If you prefer to close the Analytics Stats permanently, click the close icon at the top-right of the Analytics Stats bar. You’ll now notice the prompt that appears on the screen. To close the Analytics stats bar permanently, click the OK button at the prompt.

If you wish to enable it again, head over to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and toggle the Frontend Stats bar to enable it.

Hi, thank you however, yes that’s twice I’ve been told this and I don’t know where to find this? It does not show on mine like it does in your picture. Is there anywhere for me to attach a screenshot? Again, when my page is loading front end it is showing what is in your picture before loading the rest of my page

I need to continue my seo as I need the sitemap on google quickly as I now have left yoast for rank math. Can someone go into my site and have a look if I give login details? It is definitely not showing in wordpress backend like in your picture. I also can’t leave my site like this

You can use any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload to share the screenshot with us.

However, please note that the Frontend Status Bar is only visible to the logged-in administrators, and your visitors will never see this. If you want, you can simply disable this from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Frontend Stats Bar:

If you’re still not able to see this setting, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
