    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    Your account has an active Content AI plan. If you are not able to access the credits on your site, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
