Content AI not working

    Good Day

    I have been trying to use content AI and I have received the following error:

    “Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance.”

    I have followed the steps to try remedy this but this has not worked. Can you support?

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.
    2. Refresh the credits by clicking on the refresh button. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    After refreshing the credits, try using Content AI again. This should resolve the issue you are facing. If the problem persists, please let us know so we can assist you further.
