New paid AI subscription not working

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with your new paid AI subscription not working. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the AI subscription. After confirming your account, kindly follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits associated with your subscription.

If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please proceed with the following:

1. In your WordPress admin area, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
2. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshots below:

After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in Content AI by following these steps:

1. Go to Content AI.
2. Click on the refresh credits button as shown here:

By doing so, the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
