Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the HTTP links on your website. It seems like your website is experiencing redirection issues between HTTP and HTTPS versions, which can lead to confusion for search engines and affect your rankings.
To resolve this problem, you need to ensure that all internal links on your website are pointing to the correct HTTPS version. This can be done by updating the URLs in your content, menus, and any other internal links to use the HTTPS protocol.
Additionally, you should check your website’s settings in WordPress to confirm that both the WordPress Address and Site Address are configured to the correct HTTPS version. You can do this by navigating to Settings → General in the WordPress admin area.
If you have already checked these settings and updated your internal links but are still facing issues, I recommend checking your .htaccess file for any incorrect redirection rules that may be causing the problem. You can use the htaccess tester tool mentioned in our knowledge base article here to debug and ensure the rewrites are correct.
If you continue to experience difficulties after following these steps, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards,
Rank Math Support Team

as far as I can tell it already is https. and also, they go to the correct version.
beyond that I didn’t understand regards .htaccess file and am hoping you can check things for me first, and possibly resolve quicker and easier.
FYI my hots has said “The SSL certificates are installed and providing secure https:// connection and according to the test I have shared, there are no issues related and the forced https:// redirection is implemented.”
thanks
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
First, the WWW canonical test in Rank Math is different from the issue you have in your Semrush report.
You should need to get the affected URLs to determine if they are redirecting to the non-HTTPs.
You can also share them here or in the sensitive data section so we can check as well.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, did you see my reply to you about my issue.
Sorry not sure if 5 days wait means it got missed.
Thanks so much!
Hello,
The links are redirecting to the HTTPS version. However, the HTTP version is included as the internal links on your site, and that’s what SEMRush is reporting. This issue is not related to any plugin or your host. You will have to find those links and replace them with the HTTPS version.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Ok thanks
But why did this issue happen?
You say its not a plugin or a host, but why did it happen?
Is it to do with how the ssl certificate was installed.
Also how do i find the link to replace them when i dont know how to do it.
Does rankmath offer this or a different plugin?
Thanks again
Hello,
You must have used the HTTP version of the links for internal linking before switching to the HTTPS version. Using an SSL certificate doesn’t change the predefined HTTP links to HTTPS. You can check the audit report to figure out where those links are mentioned or use a Search and Replace plugin to update them.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
