My dev said when he updates content the green rank score reverts back to original number / score. He asked me to reach out to check it out

My developers are saying it is not working properly the plug-in on WordPress for us. Nothing is saving and I had two developers look at it and need someone from your staff to login to fix asap.

For initial troubleshooting, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes. If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
```
