Unable to save meta titles and descriptions

    Hello,

    As specified in the ticket title, we are no longer able to save the meta titles and descriptions of our Woocommerce pages.

    We have :

    1) Disabled all plugins: the problem is still there so no plugin conflict.

    2) Changed theme: the problem is still there so no conflict at the theme level either.

    3) Asked our host if he blocked requests to these files:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead

    Their answer: we don’t block any files.

    4) We re-saved our permalinks, this doesn’t change anything.

    5) Checked JavaScript-Related Errors and there seems to be no errors…

    We have given you administrator access in private access.

    I would like to point out that we do not use a security plugin or firewall, nor a CDN such as Cloudflare…

    Hello,

    We’ve checked your site and found that Rank Math REST Routes that we use to update the data are still being blocked. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for reference.

    We suggest you to contact with your hosting provider to make sure they are not blocking any processes of the plugin.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    I just contacted our host Hostinger and they told me for the second time that they are not blocking any plugin processes.

    We have to index our site in the coming days but cannot save our meta titles and descriptions, it’s really problematic…
